• Taxes (2%)+(10%) will be added to these prices.
• Package price includes accommodation for three nights (check-in on 30 November and check-out on 3 December).
• Participants who do not buy accommodation via the organization secretariat and only registers for the congress but do not accommodate in congress hotels need to pay additionally for a 3-day external participation package for them to be able enter the convention center between 30 November 2023- 3 December 2023 and to enjoy the hotel concept from 09:00 to 18:00 on these dates.
• Participants who do not pay this fee shall not be able to enter the convention center.
• Solo Event reserves the right to reflect any change that may arise in amounts of taxes, levies and charges to the fees.

Cancellation Policy For Accommodation

* Full Cancellation Deadline: March 24, 2023

* All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by March 24, 2023.

* After March 24, 2023, no refunds will be given for accommodation cancellations.
